Hening Pujasari is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia. Her research area spans sleep science, HIV, non-communicable diseases, global health, and nursing leadership. Her current project focuses on sleep among people living with HIV in Indonesia. Hening has published several papers in reputable journals and has received some awards for her work, including The Best Community Service Award in Health Science Cluster in 2024. She has also developed some online courses and has been recognized as a ranked 2nd international Massive Online Open Courses instructor in 2023.

 

With a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master of Biomedical Science from Universitas Indonesia, and a Master of Nursing from the University of Melbourne, Hening is a dedicated educator and researcher. As a leader in her field, Hening has held various positions, including Manager of Partnership and Alumni Relations, Head of the Basic Science and Fundamentals of Nursing Department, Coordinator of the Master of Nursing Program, and editorial board member of some reputable journals. She is also a practicing nurse.
